About Me

I am a National Certified Licensed Neuromuscualr Massage Therapist. I specialize in pain management and assiting the body through bodywork and different modalities to help return the body to homeostasis. I worked with The University of Alabama for 8 years learning the bodies of atheltes in football, basketball, track and feild ,as well as, adapted sports. Helping these althetes recover from injury and post surgeries while working with other health care professionals has given me a much more extensive knowledge of how the body can heal itslef through bodywork. During my time working with athelets I became passionate about continueing my eduction in Lymphatic Massage and Gua Sha. I have watched these modalites have great results with the recovery of elective surgeries. My goal is to assit the body in healing itself.
